Do you have a minimum order?
There is no minimum order or small order fee.

Can I have a printed catalog of your items mailed to me?
Our only catalog is online. You may print your own catalog and price list directly from our site. Visit our shopping cart pages to print a list of items.

We would not be able to keep a current list of products, prices and inventory with a printed copy of this catalog since it changes every week. We adjust prices and products on a regular basis. Always check out our home page for new products, featured products, bargains and sale items.


Can I order samples to test my products in?
Samples can be purchased and are intended as a guide to assist the purchaser in determining the specifications he/she requires and does not constitute specific recommendations or specifications.

Will my product work in any container?
It is the purchaser's sole responsibility to determine the adequacy of the closure, bottle or device that E.D. Luce supplies for the purchaser or purchaser's customer's particular product due to their particular knowledge of such matter as:
(a) Product formulation of the intended product.
(b) Intended end use of the package.
(c) The filling, assembly and packaging operations to be utilized.
(d) The shipping and storage conditions.
(e) The method of merchandising the filled package including (but not limited to) handling and shelf life.
We specifically caution the buyer that not all products are compatible with plastic, glass or metal and not to use the bottles, closures, pumps or other articles for the packaging of harmful products and/or any other substance that will be likely to cause injury to person or property. All samples and product data are present for customer information purposes only. No guarantee, warranty or recommendation for any particular end use is intended or implied. No agent representative or employee of E.D. Luce has the authority to make any contrary representations, warranty or agreement.


How long does it take to process my order?
Due to our recent overwhelming number of inquiries and internet orders, you can expect an order to be processed for shipping in 1 to 4 working days. We will call or e-mail you about any back orders or problems with your order. Please give us your daytime phone number when you sign in to the shopping cart.

When will I receive my order?
We understand most of our orders go to businesses and need an “estimated time of arrival”, in general that would be between 2 to 14 days of placing the order. Save yourself money and “order in time”. We'll do the rest.

Can I pay for faster shipping?
If you want to pay for expedited shipping, there is a $10 rush charge to insure that your order is shipped the day we receive it. All orders must be placed by 10:am PST. We are closed on weekends.

How do you ship orders?
We ship UPS ground/air and FedEx air, and add actual freight charges to your order. For orders to Hawaii and Alaska we ship “Priority Mail” insured return receipt.

Can I request USPS shipping?
All orders requesting USPS as a method of shipping are delivered to the post office for shipment on Friday of each week. The USPS does not provide a daily pick up service of large packages to us. If your order requires immediate shipping, please indicate "RUSH" when checking out (please note that a $10.00 service fee will be added to your order for this service). We will deliver your order to the Postal Service on a "RUSH" provided that the order was received by 10:00 AM PST and that the ordered goods are in stock. Shipments to Alaska, Canada and Hawaii are shipped via USPS unless requested by other means.

UPS and FedEx ground provide daily pick up service and have an excellent tracking service. We strongly suggest the use of these carriers for shipments in the continental USA.

What do I do if my order is damaged from shipping?
Take caution of what you sign for when receiving your order. All orders are insured with UPS and FedEx. Check your order on receiving. If it is damaged, contact the shipper and file a claim. Save all of the packaging until the adjuster has been contacted. When receiving freight by truck, carefully check out your order before you sign the paperwork. We have very few damages considering the quantities that we ship.

What is your return policy?
All returns must be made within the first 2 weeks of receiving your order. There is a 20% restocking fee if you change your mind and return your order. If we pack and/or ship your order and somehow you do not receive it or refuse it, handling or shipping charges will still apply. Please order carefully.

Do you export your products?
Exports beyond the continent of North America are subject to a $10.00 handling fee.

Do you accept credit cards?
We handle all major credit cards and debit cards available at most banks. You may enter them on our secure Shopping Cart and speed up your order. Credit cards will be processed when actual goods are shipped.

Do you accept checks?
We accept cashiers checks or money orders (no personal checks) made out to E.D. Luce Packaging; orders will not be processed until the check is received. No C.O.D. or credit sales.

What happens if my order is declined?
All declined orders will be held for (5) five days before restocking. A $10.00 restocking fee will be charged and collected before any future orders can be made.

How do I register as a member?
First click on the register button on the home page. Then choose a username and password
to activate your account and begin shopping. Be sure to print a copy of your user name and password when you register. Please don't use apostrophes in your user name or password. We do not sell your name to any other organization.

What measurements do you use for your bottles?
Our bottles and jars are listed in ounces, drams, and ml or cc. This is the volume (like water in a measuring cup). Please check our useful links (pdf files) on our help page.

30 ml or 30 cc = 1 ounce. 8 drams = 1 ounce.

Do you give quantity discounts?
A 10% discount will be applied to all purchases which meet the following requirements:
  • Your order quantity is 144 or more of any one item.
  • Your order quantity is 12 or more of any items packaged in quantities of 12.
  • Your order quantity is 6 or more of any items packaged in quantities of 24.
  • Your order quantity is 3 or more of any items packaged in quantities of 48.

  • If you are ordering 5 cases or more, be sure to request a quote for volume discounts. Please call, fax or click here to request a quote online.
