Fine Mist Spray Misters
We carry a wide variety of fine mist spray misters that match our stock of
plastic bottles and glass bottles. Our line of polypropylene spray misters with
a 0.20ml - 0.30ml out put per stroke come in 20-410 and 24-410 cap sizes.
The out put level of these sprayers allows liquids of low viscosity to be sprayed.
Each individual product formulation has to be tested for compatibility. Each spray
mister comes with a clear protective styrene over cap.
Our spray misters come in varying dip tube lengths to accommodate the different glass and plastic bottles we carry. Dip tube lengths are measured from the cap gasket to the end of the dip tube.

Specialty Fine Mist Sprayer
For very low viscosity liquid spray misting
We carry a 20-400 Black ribbed fine mist sprayer for very low viscosity liquid spraying (0.10ml per stroke out put). This fine mist sprayer is specifically sized to fit our line of 1oz and 2oz amber, clear, and cobalt blue Boston Round glass bottles. The spray mister's cap is sized to allow it to screw over the glass bottle's stop bead to provide a correct bottle/closure seal. If your product's viscosity is too high for this fine spray mister, our 0.20 - 0.30 out put spray misters may work (N3252, 3256). Your product formulation has to be tested for sprayer/container compatibility.
